EVALUATION PROCESS
INTAKE - 1 hour
This session allows us to gather history, and outline the referral questions.
In-Person Evaluation 3-5 HOURS
The battery will consist of various measures, to be determined after intake, based on the referral questions.
REVIEW COLLATERAL DATA
In order to get the full perspective of your functioning, we obtain release of information forms for current and most recent providers, primary care doctor, and school (if applicable).
ANALYZE AND INTERPRET DATA
FINALIZE REPORT 6-8 WEEKS AFTER ALL DATA IS COLLECTED
The final report will outline all of the data, a summary, and thorough recommendations.
REVIEW REPORT
We will review your report with you virtually, and once all insurance has processed and payment has been finalized, you will receive a copy of your report via email.
